ADRIANA SZYDA, L.M.T.
Adriana completed her professional massage training in 1995 at the Swedish Massage Institute in New York City. Having over 18 years of clinical experience, she has developed a skill level that is praised by clients and colleagues alike
Since graduating, Adriana continues to enhance her knowledge through advanced professional training programs. She has professional level training in Deep Tissue Manipulation, and combines various massage therapy techniques, including Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Approach, Craniosacral and Somato-Emotional Release Techniques, as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage which makes every session a highly unique experience.
LINDA FRIES, L.M.T.
Linda has 10 years experience as a massage therapist. She graduated in 2003 from Berkshire Community College Massage Therapy Program with straight A’s, and has completed advanced neck and back massage workshops. Linda specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Exfoliating Salt Scrub/Body Polish. A practitioner at Body & Soul for over 8 years, Linda is renowned for her tireless energy and willingness to go "the extra mile", and has built a steady and loyal following.
AMANDA MCCALL, L.M.T.
In addition to being a massage therapist, Amanda is also an Esthetician at Body and Soul, and serves a private clientele as a nurse. She studied Therapeutic Massage at the Florida School of Massage and has over 10 years of experience. With a deep interest in helping people to heal on all levels, Amanda specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral, and Hot Stone Massage Therapy.
LEAH GULMI, L.M.T.
After becoming a licensed massage therapist in 1998, Leah has focused on providing a compassionate approach to pain and stress management, with modalities that include Trigger Point Therapy and a slow, intuitive, Deep Tissue Approach. Certified in 'Mother Massage' for pregnant women, Leah loves working with people through all stages of life, to experience less pain, more mobility, and reduced stress. Currently on a maternity leave of absence, Leah has been a practitioner at Body & Soul for over 11 years, where she has helped to create a safe place where her clients can feel free to let go and heal.
